Rugeley Community Conference and Rugeley Annual Parish Meeting

Save the Day...Wednesday 5th May 2021

Rugeley Town Council will be hosting our first #RugeleyCommunityConference on Wednesday 5th May 2021.  The aim of the day is to allow everyone to take part in local debates and presentations on matters that are important to local people.

Throughout the day we will be hosting a number of Zoom meetings which, whilst being broadcast live via the Town Councils Facebook page, will allow for live time comments and responses to issues. Local residents / schools will be able to join in the debate direct by joining the meetings, or you can also send in questions before the day via email to the Town Clerk clerk@rugeleytowncouncil.gov.uk

Watch out for posters advertising the day and who will be speaking. We hope that you all join in, either on the day or afterwards by watching the videos.

At our first every #RugeleyCommunityConference, we are pleased that the following partners will be sharing their views and thoughts and be available for comment:

Rugeley Community Church

Changing Room Counselling Service

Brereton Millions

Dementia Action Alliance

Zero Carbon Rugeley

Engie

Neighbourhood Plan

Power for All

Friends of Hagley Field

Den 101

and Rugeley Town Council will end the day with the Annual Parish Meeting where residents are asked to raise matters that they would like to see the council take action on over the coming years.
